This is a newly remodeled room. A TV is installed in the living room, and you can also watch Netflix. I have prepared each and every tool as if it were my own home.
It is a 1-minute walk from the subway station (Toseong Station), and Busan National University Hospital and Dong-A University are nearby. The bus stop is within a 5-minute walk.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
Tourist attractions such as Kkangtong Market, Biff Square, Jagalchi Market, and Yongdusan Park are within a 10-15 minute walk. It takes 20 minutes by bus to Gamcheon Culture Village! *Additional charges may apply for damage or breakage of items.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The location offers plenty of nearby amenities and is within walking distance of Kkangtong Market and Gukje Market. Although the building itself is somewhat old, the interior has been renovated and is quite clean (though the bathroom leaves a bit to be desired). Instructions regarding waste sorting and food waste disposal during the stay were insufficient; it would be better if clear guidelines—like a posted notice—were provided for guests. The owner was kind and easy to reach by phone, making a quick effort to help resolve any issues, and the accommodation was generally comfortable.
