There are CCTV cameras throughout the building and a security office, so even if you are a woman living alone, you don't have to worry about safety. Gyeongbokgung, Deoksugung, and Gyeonghuigung Palaces are nearby, making it a prime location for palace sightseeing. You can walk to major downtown tourist attractions such as Insa-dong, Samcheong-dong, and Myeong-dong, making it the best place for sightseeing in Seoul. Although it is in the middle of Gwanghwamun, it is very quiet, and the view of Bukhansan Mountain beyond the window is truly the best. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and there is a supermarket right below the building that is open until 2 AM, so you will have no inconvenience in your daily life. There is a laundry room on the second basement floor of the building. This place is a station area, a palace area, and also a restaurant area, so there are many good restaurants nearby. We will provide you with information on local restaurants that only locals know. You can walk to Inwangsan and Bugaksan Mountains, so you can enjoy both the city and nature at the same time. At night, you can relax comfortably with a luxurious bed and an expensive mattress.
