All four bathrooms have been recently remodeled, and we maintain the highest standards of hygiene. The bedrooms are furnished with double and single beds from renowned brands, and all bedding is made of white cotton (accommodating 8 people in beds and 1 person on a mattress). Two of the four bathrooms are spacious, large-sized units. If you choose to utilize the rooftop accommodations (which include a large tent, a rooftop room, and two bathrooms; available for an additional fee), the space can accommodate up to 12 guests. You will have exclusive use of the entire floor. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop, and guests are welcome to use the barbecue facilities and prepare meals there.
It is located a 5–10 minute walk from Seomyeon Subway Station.
Located in the heart of the Seomyeon commercial district, all amenities are within easy reach. The area is lined with hotels, hospitals, department stores, financial institutions, and shopping malls. Additionally, barbecue facilities are available on the rooftop and can be used upon advance reservation.
All utility charges are included in the management fee.
