The building features a convenience store, restaurants, a bakery café, and a bank on the ground floor, with E-Mart and Starbucks located right across the street. The accommodation is well-equipped with nearby amenities, including Olive Young and a large pharmacy near Chang-dong Station. A variety of restaurants makes daily life convenient. Guests are responsible for providing their own amenities. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions; we will be happy to assist you. The base occupancy is two people; please contact us in advance if you wish to add more guests. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. You may be held liable for damages if noise complaints arise. Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited and subject to a 300,000 KRW penalty.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for additional fees, and costs may be charged for any damage to property.
They are incredibly kind, and the room is clean—highly recommended! It’s close to Chang-dong Station, so the surrounding amenities are great, too.
It was well-stocked with all the necessary supplies for my stay, and the location was convenient—close to the subway station—so I was very satisfied with the experience.
