Pros Friendly host, convenient location near the subway station, no noise from neighbors, excellent soundproofing that blocks noise from outside the unit, high-quality speakers, convenient parking Cons Facilities are somewhat dated, boiler malfunction (scheduled for repair), issues with the bathroom faucet, sink leakage, weak toilet flush pressure, gritty floors due to poor cleaning, lack of blackout curtains allowing sunlight in early in the morning
