Located closest to Dongdaegu Station, it offers easy access to nationwide transportation networks and is convenient for using various amenities, including Shinsegae Department Store and the intercity bus terminal. Daegu Metro Line 2 is also nearby. Although the owner normally uses the space as a place of business, it is available for short-term rental during periods when it is not in use.
- Parking available (advance registration required) - Located right in front of Dongdaegu Station, the intercity bus stop, and Subway Line 2.
- The process is contactless. - Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- This space serves as the owner's place of business but is available for short-term rental during periods of vacancy—such as when the owner is away on business trips or long-term travel. - Please bring your own disposable items and basic personal necessities. - Convenient amenities, including Olive Young, Daiso, and pharmacies, are all within a one-minute walk. - You are responsible for any damage to or theft of the owner's personal belongings. - I hope you have a comfortable stay! ^^
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

It's located right in front of Dongdaegu Station and Shinsegae, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby—it's fantastic!!!! Highly recommended.

The place was clean and in excellent condition; above all, it really reflected the host's thoughtful touch. I appreciated how quiet it was, despite being in a large residential complex. We stayed here for a month after arriving from abroad, and it was perfectly convenient for my two children to attend their online classes. The host also readily agreed when we needed to extend our stay by a week at the last minute. We are leaving with wonderful memories.
I was a bit worried about you arriving right in the middle of the sweltering heat, so I’m relieved to hear you had a pleasant stay.
