The living room is spacious with walls on both sides, providing ample space for a TV, sofa, and other living essentials.
It is a commuting distance for those who work in Magok District or commute to and from the airport. The surrounding commercial area is also good, and it is quiet. There are no adjacent buildings nearby that obstruct or interfere with the view.
Check-in is contactless, and smokers are not allowed. Before check-out, you must take detailed photos of each room, the living room, the kitchen, built-in furniture, kitchen furniture, the refrigerator, etc., as well as photos of the provided cleaning supplies, and send them to us to receive check-out approval. In particular, if there are scratches, stains, damage, or defacement caused by children or pets, additional maintenance fees may be charged.
