It was a great place to stay; we enjoyed it so much, and it was very convenient. Everything was nearby.
The owner is incredibly kind! The weather was getting hot, so I tried to turn on the AC, but it hadn't been cleaned yet; I asked the owner to take care of it, and they immediately booked a cleaning service and resolved the issue. Three of us stayed there, and it was pretty good overall. If I had to mention some minor inconveniences: since it's a basement unit, laundry didn't dry very well, and the washing machine was small—but with three people, we had a lot of laundry, so I figured it was just something we had to deal with. The dehumidifier didn't seem to work well, and the air purifier didn't seem to be running properly either; when I opened it up, it was dirty, so I cleaned it myself. That was just something that bothered me personally, so I tried not to let it get to me. I was staying with older children, and since my son has a sensitive respiratory system, I was naturally concerned about those things. The pros: the owner is super kind (though they are slow to check messages, they are quick to resolve issues if you call!), it's close to the station, there are many great restaurants in the neighborhood (including places with long lines or those requiring reservations), and it's quiet. Those were just a few personal observations; the downsides... there were no blankets or towels provided, so we had to bring our own. There were also quite a few gnats (it was spring and a bit humid). I wondered how we’d manage for a whole month, but we ended up having a great stay! I recommend a nearby bakery called "Hanapang," and a reservation-only spot called "Riflettore"—they have tiramisu and unique menu items, and the owner is very kind!
It was very clean and comfortable throughout my stay. A group of Japanese people stayed for a week, and the owner was kind and helpful, so they had a pleasant stay without any inconveniences.

This is a clean two-room apartment, a 3-minute walk from Mangwon Station.
