All smoking, including e-cigarettes and liquid tobacco, is prohibited within the building. 3. Further discounts are not possible. Discounts for long-term contracts have already been applied. 4. If you wish to sign a contract for more than 2 months, you can do so by signing a contract through a real estate agency. 5. Consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Bedding and towels are provided as a service. 6. The deposit is held by 33M2, not by me. It is usually returned the day after you check out. 7. For long-term contracts, the house will be inspected once a month. (This is to ensure the house is maintained and not damaged.) 8. The house has been prepared with care and cleanliness, as if it were my own home. The owner manages it directly.
Common area maintenance fees, water, and internet are included in the maintenance fee, but electricity and gas are not. At the time of check-out, we will check the meter reading and settle the bill, or we will settle and bill once every two weeks.
