It is convenient to travel to Sinchon, Hongdae, Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun, Mapo, Gwanghwamun, City Hall, Jongno, Seoul Station, Yongsan Station, Gangnam, etc. There is an Ansan Dulle-gil trail, so it is good for walking. In the case of accommodations adjacent to the forest, insects may enter. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. Compensation will be charged for damage, loss, or contamination of facilities. As it is a quiet residential area, please be considerate so that there is no noise damage from late evening.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The owner is very responsive. They replied quickly, helped us navigate life in Korea, and were kind whenever we needed assistance with the apartment. My friend and I had a wonderful stay here during our time studying abroad. On our first day, we even met a kind neighbor who helped us call the owner so we could check in. Thank you!
