- Check-in is contactless and will be notified once confirmed. - You must prepare daily necessities such as hair products and toiletries. - Bed mattresses and covers are provided. If you request blankets and pillows, an additional laundry fee of 30,000 won (50,000 won for winter months from November to March) will be charged. - Kitchenware, dish soap, bathroom cleaner, and laundry detergent are provided. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
- Based on 2 people, an additional 20,000 won per week will be charged for an additional person. We will provide additional cutlery and tableware, but please understand that we cannot provide additional beds or mattresses. - We want to make this a cleaner, more pleasant, and comfortable space for you to rest, as it is a temporary space. - We will do our best to resolve any inconveniences you may experience during your stay as soon as possible.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Since the property is cleaned upon move-in, please dispose of trash in the designated area upon move-out and return the property in the same clean condition as when you moved in. If items included in the management fee are used excessively, or if cleaning is insufficient or trash is not removed, additional management fees may be requested. Your cooperation is appreciated. If pets are found to be present, the deposit will be considered a penalty.
