(No extra charge for up to two guests) 🏡 Bedding is fully laundered, and towels are boiled and sanitized before being provided. 🏡 A fully furnished room equipped with everything, including a bed, TV, and kitchen utensils. 🏡 The room is set up for one person and features a super single bed. 🏡 An art studio is located on the first floor, with numerous convenience stores and coffee shops nearby; it is also just 10 minutes away from the main academy district in Suseong-gu.
🚅 It is an 8-minute walk to Beomeo Station and a 13-minute walk to Suseong Market Station. 🚘 Please inquire in advance if you require parking. 🚍 A bus stop heading toward Suseong-gu Office Station is a 3-minute walk away. With frequent service (buses 840, 990, 609, 649, etc.) and virtually no wait time, you can reach the main academy district of Suseong-gu in just 1 to 3 stops.
☝️ Check-in is conducted via a contactless process. - Standard check-out is at 11:00 and check-in is at 15:00, but adjustments can be made upon consultation with the host. ☝️ Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ☝️ Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Please note that a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW may be charged if smoking occurs indoors.
🏡 The space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use upon check-in. 🏡 It is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride from the Suseong-gu Office academy district. 🏡 Compensation fees will be charged for any damage to property or staining. 🏡 Condiments are not provided due to hygiene reasons.
- Electricity, water, and internet are all included in the weekly management fee. However, additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of these included utilities.
