Studio apartment near Yeonsan Station subway

I had an excellent stay here! The place is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, and the washer/dryer work well. There is plenty of closet space, and the A/C and dehumidifier kept me comfortable during the summer heat. It’s a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the subway, with plenty of buses nearby, as well as restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The building is very quiet and situated in a charming, old-school neighborhood. There are a couple of small parks within a short walk, the river is a 10-minute bus ride away, and a mountain is a 15-minute walk away. The owner is friendly and communicates well.

The place was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, too—I’d definitely stay here again.
