- The room has been recently renovated and is clean. - It has a comfortable wood-tone interior. - It has a spacious and soft queen-size luxury bed, a sofa for two, and an extendable table. - Cable TV is not available, but YouTube and Netflix can be watched. - It is 3 minutes from Wangsimni Station, and you can easily move to Seongsu-dong, Hanyang University Hospital, etc. It takes 8 minutes to Gangnam-gu Office Station.
- 3 minutes from Wangsimni Station - It is a triple station area of Line 2, Line 5, and Bundang Line, so it is very convenient to move to Gangnam, etc. - Parking registration is possible if you reserve for more than 3 weeks (paid) - You can use the Seongdong-gu Office public parking lot right in front - Stay comfortably at the transportation hub
- Move-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - Moving-in registration is not possible. - A door lock is installed, so you can enter with a password. - There is an extendable table, so you can comfortably talk even when guests come. - Please bring your own personal hygiene products, toiletries, detergent, etc.
- It is 10 minutes away from Seongsu-dong, Seoul Forest, and Hanyang University Hospital, which are popular places. - The transportation is so convenient that you will not have any inconvenience in using it. - There are various cultural facilities such as an indoor swimming pool right near the accommodation. - Wangsimni Private Station, which is right nearby, has CGV, E-Mart, Daiso, and many restaurants.
All management fees are included. However, if the management fee is excessively higher than the average, we may charge you an additional fee. Parking fees are separate.
It was a clean accommodation perfectly located for transportation and nearby amenities.
I was thoroughly satisfied with both the location and the facilities. I felt safe staying there alone, and the subway station and bus stops were so close that I could easily get around without a car. The place was also well-equipped with everything I needed, making my two-week stay very comfortable. The host was quick to respond, so everything went smoothly.
