It is located just a one-minute walk from Gangnam Station (Subway Line 2). Right in front of the building, there are various bus routes connecting Gangnam Station to the Gyeonggi area and other regions. The transportation accessibility is excellent.

All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, if the fees are excessively high upon final settlement at checkout, an additional charge will be billed. We ask that you treat the space with care, just as you would your own home.
