Across the street is Gunsan's famous Modern History Street. Just cross the street. You can walk to Dongguksa Temple, Modern History Street, Modern History Museum, and the famous Lee Sung Dang Bakery. It's about a 5-minute drive to Cheolgil Village.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The room was warm, and I had a comfortable stay.
I used it well for 2 weeks. They were kind and quiet. The bed was too hard.
