ღ Check-in is done in person after prior inquiry. (The number of occupants will be directly confirmed.) ღ If the time is right, you can view the property first and then decide whether to move in. ღ Check-in information, such as the password, will be provided by the morning of the check-in day.
- 'No smoking' in the building, including e-cigarettes. If you smoke (or smell of smoke), your deposit will not be refunded and you will be asked to leave immediately. If there are complaints from other residents in the same building, you will be asked to leave and your deposit will not be refunded. Please be careful. - We will contact you separately regarding parking when you inquire. - The standard occupancy is 2 people, and there is an additional charge for extra people. We will confirm the number of occupants in advance through an in-person check-in. No outsiders are allowed after 10 PM. - You are free to move and use the furniture and fixtures. However, you must restore them to their original condition upon check-out, and any damage will incur separate charges. - Upon check-out, the room must be in the same condition as when you checked in. (Dispose of trash, no food in the refrigerator) - Toiletries and bedding are not provided. (There is a mini bed, blanket, and cushion)
ღ Electricity, gas, water, and internet costs are included in the management fee. ღ However, if electricity/gas bills are excessively high, additional charges may be applied later. (If you use them sparingly as if they were your own, you will not exceed the limit.)
The interior was lovely, and the place was comfortable thanks to the well-stocked basic kitchenware. The scones at the "London Cafe" right downstairs are delicious. I also enjoyed watching Netflix during my stay. It’s a great location—just a five-minute walk to a riverside path and close to the bustling downtown area. Although it’s by the roadside, the soundproofing is excellent; with the windows closed, you can't hear any traffic noise at all. The room is better suited for preparing simple instant meals rather than full-scale cooking, and since the bathroom lacks a window and tends to get humid, you should make sure to ventilate the space after showering.
