We will confirm the number of occupants in advance through an in-person check-in. No outsiders are allowed after 10 PM. - You are free to move and use the furniture and fixtures. However, you must restore them to their original condition upon check-out, and any damage will incur separate charges. - Upon check-out, the room must be in the same condition as when you checked in. (Dispose of trash, no food in the refrigerator) - Toiletries and bedding are not provided. (There is a mini bed, blanket, and cushion)

I stayed in this apartment for ten weeks. The good things about the apartment are the large size (two rooms with no door) and the large dining table. However, the general old condition of the apartment and intense smell of the old building were negative aspects that disturbed me and took time to get used to. There was also noise from the karaoke parties in the basement multiple times per week, but if wearing earplugs or watching TV it was not too bad.
