We are confident in the excellent location, offering great transportation and amenities! It is located immediately to the right of Exit 1 of Gaehwasan Station (Line 5). Gimpo Airport is just one stop away, making travel convenient and facilitating easy transfers to the Airport Railroad for access to Incheon Airport. The building itself houses restaurants, cafes, and a large supermarket, while a convenience store is located right across the street. Daiso and Bangshin Traditional Market are within a 10-minute walk.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please feel free to contact us anytime regarding inquiries such as adjusting reservation dates or check-in/check-out times.
Chairs and beds are provided based on the recommended occupancy of two adults, though the space can accommodate up to four people. Please note that extra bedding for additional guests is not provided; guests must bring their own if needed. Tableware, dishes, cups, and cleaning supplies are provided (excluding disposable items). ❗️Pets are not permitted without prior authorization, and an additional cleaning fee may be charged. ❗️In the event of property damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit before it is returned.
⚠ Please read carefully. Utility/management fees are calculated based on actual usage (determined by meter readings) and amount to approximately 50,000 KRW per week. (Base fee: approx. 30,000 KRW/week + additional usage costs) During winter, the cost may exceed 80,000–90,000 KRW. (Fees based on meter readings are calculated immediately after check-out and must be paid via **bank transfer**. The host was kind, and the location was excellent. I didn't experience any issues at all during my two-week stay.
