After the remodeling, we replaced the appliances and boiler. It's a fully furnished studio with a bed, TV, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There's no building in front, so it gets good sunlight, and there's a veranda, making it convenient for washing and drying clothes.
There are two bus terminals nearby, and transportation is convenient to Busan Station, Nampo-dong, Seomyeon, and Haeundae. The studio is located a 3-minute walk from the Minlak Alley Market if you take bus 41 from Busan Station. It is a 20-minute walk from Gwangalli Subway Station, and you can transfer by bus. If you travel by car or taxi, it is within 10 minutes to Centum Shinsegae, Centum Lotte Department Store, and BEXCO.

Restaurants, brunch shops, cafes, Minlak Hoe Center, traditional markets, and supermarkets are nearby. * Please refrain from cooking meat and fish indoors. * Please refrain from loud noises and excessive drinking and singing. * Please dispose of recyclables at the recycling area on the 1st floor, and general waste can be placed on the 1st floor according to the day. (Please prepare your own garbage bags.) We are cleaning carefully so that you can stay in a pleasant environment during your stay, and if there are any inconveniences or problems with the house, please contact us immediately and we will take action. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items (including bedding contamination, damage to furniture, and leaving trash behind), additional management fees may be requested.
I had a comfortable stay for the week. I was very satisfied with the clean accommodation and the great location. I also appreciated the host's kind hospitality. I would love to stay here again next time I visit Busan. Highly recommended!
It’s an excellent place to stay. It has everything you need, it’s clean, and the bed is comfortable. I also love having a balcony.
The place had everything I needed, and the host was kind. The outer windows weren't double-glazed, so the soundproofing wasn't great.
