Make sure to inspect the room before moving in. The air conditioner was very weak, so I suffered during the hottest times. They ignored my requests to repair broken items. They assigned me a specific room and refused to switch it even when I asked. Perhaps annoyed by my repeated repair requests, they texted me mid-contract telling me to leave, claiming there were noise complaints. I’ve been moving between short-term rentals in Dunsan-dong lately due to home renovations, and there are plenty of high-quality options available at this price point. I have screenshots and photos to substantiate everything mentioned above. Conclusion: Always check the room in person before moving in (online photos differ from the actual room).
