- A 10% discount is applied for stays of 4 weeks or more. - Please feel free to contact us for any additional inquiries regarding long-term stays, parking, or other matters. - For hygiene reasons, towels and bedding are provided as a rental option.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - We are avoiding excessive management fees. It has been set close to the actual management fee.
I stayed here for three weeks while attending a training course. I was pleased with the location, as the taxi fare remained at the base rate even when returning from frequent work dinners. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos, and the water pressure was excellent. It was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities for a short-term stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so I felt very comfortable and at ease during my time there. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay!
