The view is great, and the landlord is kind. I really don't understand why the parking lot was designed this way. Passenger cars are strictly required to use the mechanical parking system, and for SUVs, you can essentially consider that there are no parking spaces available. There are also notices posted stating that street parking is subject to enforcement.
I used it well.
The facilities were clean and the owner was very kind. I would like to visit again on my next business trip. I had a good stay.
