- Check-in time is 2 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 11 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us one day in advance. Otherwise, it will not be possible. - Pets are not allowed. - You will receive a text message with usage instructions upon contract confirmation. - Parking for one vehicle is available (parking registration is required before the first day of check-in). - A small amount of towels and seasonings (with expiration date management) are provided for emergencies. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and rinse are all provided.
- GS Mart on the 1st floor - Sejong Government Complex and Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital are nearby, making it convenient for business travelers to the complex and families of university patients. - The complex has beautiful landscaping, sports facilities, and a library, allowing for all cultural activities within the complex. - Elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as a cultural center, are nearby, and brand stores are within a 10-minute walk, making it convenient to use. - All laundry and cleaning are done after each guest's departure, maintaining a clean indoor environment. - Indoor smoking is prohibited, and ventilation is required after cooking foods with strong odors. To ensure a convenient and happy stay for all guests, we keep all furnishings clean and do our best to provide a comfortable rest. Thank you.
- All utility bills (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.) are included in the management fee. - Additional charges will be applied for electricity costs due to air conditioner use in the summer and for exceeding the average usage for the same floor area due to high temperature settings for heating in the winter. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
