Hyochang Park is right in front of the house, making it great for walks, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes, too.
Electricity and gas costs are included, but additional charges will apply in the event of excessive usage. Please keep this in mind.
I did not check in because the transportation was inconvenient.
