From Gongdeok Station Exit 5, it is a 3-minute walk toward the Hankyoreh newspaper building. Alternatively, you can take the local bus (Bus No. 17) from the Gongdeok Market stop (a 5-minute ride) and get off at the Korea Senior Citizens Association (Daehan Noinhoe) headquarters.

Hyochang Park is right in front of the house, making it great for walks, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes, too.
Electricity and gas costs are included, but additional charges will apply in the event of excessive usage. Please keep this in mind.
A wonderful studio with its own private entrance. It is clean, bright, and comfortable for both short- and long-term stays. An Emart24 convenience store and a bus stop are just a one-minute walk away, and the subway station is about a 10-minute walk.
I did not check in because the transportation was inconvenient.
