Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; violators may be subject to immediate eviction. Pets are absolutely not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in immediate eviction and a special cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW. Please wash the dishes and sort your recycling before checking out. If the room is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit; please keep the space clean during your stay.
You may claim costs in the event of a loss.
Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the management fee. Parking is also included. However, additional charges may apply upon check-out if usage of these included utilities is excessive (i.e., if the combined cost of electricity, gas, and water exceeds 80% of the charged management fee). Additionally, an extra cleaning fee may be charged if cleaning beyond the standard one-hour routine service is required after check-out.
