◉ This is a place with a beautiful view of the East Sea, Jumunjin Beach, and the sunrise, as well as a panoramic view of a quiet fishing village. ◉ This is not a general accommodation service provider, but a house where the owner lives and manages it cleanly. It is operated as a short-term rental for guests, so please understand if there are any shortcomings and use it as cleanly as you would your own home.
- 10 minutes by car from Jumunjin Intercity Bus Terminal - Round-trip bus route to downtown Gangneung - Free use of the underground parking lot on the first floor, the first-floor parking lot, and the outdoor parking lot within the apartment complex. (Parking is prohibited in disabled parking spaces and electric vehicle charging areas.)
- Rental capacity: 2 people / Small pets under 10kg allowed. An additional fee of 50,000 won will be charged for pets. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. (If a complaint is made by another room due to smoking, you will be asked to leave.) - Check-in is contactless. (Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM) - The door lock password will be sent on the day of check-in. (The front door lock password can be changed during the rental period.)
- Personal hygiene items such as towels, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own. - Please be aware that you may be charged for damages if bedding, pillows, or other linens are stained or damaged and cannot be laundered. - For short-term rentals of one week or more, please maintain the cleanliness of the interior throughout the rental period. (Vacuum cleaner and mop provided) ◈ Important Notes for the End of Your Short-Term Rental 1. You must wash the dishes and cooking utensils you used before checking out. 2. You must clean the interior and restore it to its original condition before checking out. 3. You must dispose of the trash before checking out. - General Waste: Place in a standard trash bag and dispose of it in the outdoor trash area. - Food Waste: Place in a yellow food waste bag and dispose of it in the outdoor food waste bin. - Recycling: You must separate and dispose of recyclables in the designated recycling area on the 1st floor. * If the property is not restored to its original condition or if there is any damage, the tenant is responsible for compensation, and a claim for damages will be filed.
- Upon check-out, please clean up and dispose of trash as you did before check-in. If the cleaning is insufficient compared to the condition before check-in, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged (deducted from the deposit). - The management fee includes apartment management fees, water, internet, and TV charges, but electricity and gas heating charges will be settled separately upon check-out based on meter readings. / Electricity meter - hallway by the door, gas heating meter - outdoor unit room
