- This is a queen bed room for two people. - It is a 5-minute walk from Munjeong Station. - It is an 8-pyeong studio apartment completed in 2023. - Fully furnished with internet (air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) - Hair dryer, clothes hanger - Tableware, cooking utensils. - Daiso Munjeong Station branch is a 5-minute walk away - Famous Alley Tteokbokki nearby - If using the loft, negotiation is required
- 5 minutes from Munjeong Station, 20 minutes from Jamsil Station. - You must use the public parking lot nearby for your vehicle.
- As this is not an accommodation service, hygiene-related items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo are not provided. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (adjustable). - Please inform us of the number of guests at the time of booking. - Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries. - Note: No smoking indoors, no pets allowed (cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW).
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities.
