- Check-in is contactless, and we will provide you with the password the day before your arrival. - Due to recent renovations, pets are not allowed. However, for long-term contracts, please inquire as it may be negotiable. - We want to provide you with as much support as possible to ensure a comfortable stay. Please let us know if you need anything.
- There is a large floating population nearby, so it is not dangerous, and the commercial district is well-developed, with many restaurants. There are many family guests. - We will do our best to meet your needs, so please don't hesitate to contact us first. - I am the landlord. There is no room for dispute, and I will help you with your move-in registration if needed. Please be careful of rental properties that are sublet without the landlord's consent.
All utility bills (internet, TV, electricity, gas, water) are included. There are no additional payments, but if electricity & gas are used excessively (over 100,000 KRW per month), you may be charged for the additional amount.
