Having your own vehicle is recommended. It is just a 5-minute drive from Goun-dong, Sejong! This is a country house where you can enjoy a rural atmosphere while still being part of Sejong.
Check-in is contactless; check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We will provide you with the access code. Pets and indoor smoking are not permitted, and there is a terrace on the second floor. You can enjoy the night view, experience a camping vibe, or relax while stargazing there. The standard occupancy is up to 4 people.
You will be held liable for damages in the event of property damage, breakage, soiling, fire, or other losses. The unit is provided in a clean condition; however, a cleaning fee may be charged if it is left in a dirty state. Please ensure the unit is returned in its original condition—including proper disposal of food waste, vacuuming, cleaning of dishes, and sorting of recyclables. If the unit is left dirty, 100,000 KRW will be deducted from your 330,000 KRW security deposit. Recyclables and general waste should be disposed of at the area in front of the farm, located just across the bridge in front of the complex (about a one-minute walk away).
It is equipped with an induction cooktop and a heating system. Electricity, water, internet, and TV are included.
