5-minute walk from Line 3. This is a nearly new, recently remodeled, clean and cozy studio apartment featuring white and wood tones. It includes one double bed. It is a warm and quiet accommodation to relieve the fatigue of a long day. New wallpapering in the room. Water stain-free faucets. Mold-free bathroom wall tiles. Regular room disinfection. Clean house directly managed by the owner. Strict security, safe house: Security system at the main entrance, CCTV around the building, electronic door lock, inner doors installed in all rooms. 1st floor parking for 8 cars, two-way parking.
Suseongmot Station (Line 3) and Hwanggeum Station are a 5-minute walk away. Bus stop is a 3-minute walk away with many bus routes. Laundromat is a 2-minute walk away. Large supermarkets Homeplus and Daiso are a 7-minute walk away. Suseongmot Lake is a 7-minute walk away. Accessibility to famous tourist attractions in Daegu via Line 3 is convenient. There are convenience stores, a cafe street, and a food alley nearby, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed evening.
Move-in is conducted remotely. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. Check-in time: 4:00 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 people. Immediate eviction will be imposed for indoor smoking. Additional cleaning fees will be charged. Smoking areas and recycling facilities are located on the 1st floor. Cooking strong-smelling food or holding parties is prohibited. No move-in registration required. Violation of the above special terms will result in eviction without refund of usage fees. Condiments are not provided for hygiene and safety reasons.
Water stains! Mold! The owner is serious about hair! A vacuum cleaner, fan, hair dryer, etc. are provided. The duvets and rugs were personally washed at a laundromat and laid out. Please use them with peace of mind, and I personally clean the room after you check out!
Gas, water, and internet charges are included in the management fee. Electricity charges are not included in the management fee. We take photos of the meter upon move-in and move-out, and settle the bill based on actual usage upon check-out.
