The large supermarket Homeplus and Daiso are a 7-minute walk away. Suseongmot Lake is a 7-minute walk away. The Line 3 area offers convenient access to famous tourist attractions in Daegu. There are convenience stores, a cafe street, and a food alley nearby, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing evening.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed. Maximum 2 people. Immediate eviction for indoor smoking. Additional cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking area and recycling bins are fully equipped on the 1st floor. Cooking strong-smelling food or parties are not allowed. No move-in registration. In case of violation of the above special agreement, you will be evicted without a refund of the usage fee. Seasonings are not provided for hygiene and safety reasons.
Water stains! !! Mold!!! The owner is serious about hair!!! A vacuum cleaner, fan, hair dryer, etc. are provided. The blankets and rugs are washed and laid out by the owner. Please use them with peace of mind. The owner cleans them directly after you check out!
Electricity and gas bills are not included in the management fee. We will take a picture of the meter when you check in and check out, and charge you based on your actual usage when you check out.
