You can use the rooftop and party room. ^^ You can enjoy a cup of tea while watching the sunset and scenery at the foot of Bukhansan Mountain (alcohol is prohibited, but you can take a cup of tea and a picnic basket inside and go up). ^^ I will prepare a space in good condition as if my parents and family are staying there. 🙇♀️
Go straight from Exit 5 of Suyu Station on Line 4, past Daehan Hospital. After passing Twosome Place and crossing the traffic light, you will see Industrial Bank of Korea. Go straight, and it's the Urban Villium building next to Kookmin Bank.^^ If you take the bus, get off at Suyu Market (Sungshin Women's University Campus), and you will see Urban Villium across the street near Suyu Market.🙇♀️ It's easy to find~ It's located on a main road.😊🙏🙇♀️

If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. ✅️Pets are allowed for 86,000 won per pet (special cleaning fee).
