Newly built building. Studio apartment on the top floor, so there's no noise between floors, and the front of the house is a park. A food alley is a 5-minute walk away. There's a convenience store on the first floor. Electricity, gas, heating, internet, and TV fees are included in the management fee. There are 3 convenient elevators. Digital door lock, microwave oven, shower booth, induction cooktop, TV, bed, and washing machine are all included, and we even have a dryer. Blinds and a dish set are also provided. Just bring yourself, and you're ready to move in.

I had a good two-week stay for a business trip to a company branch. It's quiet, and although it's not an ocean view, there's a wide window that offers a partial ocean view. However, the bed is a bit uncomfortable as it's a high-end? temporary bed. It probably depends on personal preference. For hygiene, it's better to bring your own personal items, and I found that to be the case during my stay. The owner is kind and responds quickly to inquiries. They take good care of you. I had a comfortable stay once again.
The host was very kind, the house was clean, and the view was so nice that I had a good rest. ㅎㅎ
