We are renting out the first floor of a Western-style house. There is also a basement.😊 The landlord lives on the second floor and will promptly address any issues that may arise.
There is a bus stop within a 3-minute walk. You can go to Ok-dong, a downtown area, for almost the basic fare. It is close to the city center and Ok-dong (downtown). The terminal and train station are also nearby.
The door lock password will be provided on the day of move-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. As this is a residential area, we would appreciate it if you would refrain from any actions that may disturb the neighbors.
2 minutes on foot from Lee Yuk-sa's birthplace If requested and the host's schedule allows, one free bonfire is provided ☺️ Board games are available If needed, we will set them up for you upon request ☺️
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
It was wonderful, just like a vacation rental; the neighborhood is quiet, and the host is fantastic. It’s a really pleasant place to stay.
