It takes 5 minutes to walk from Nambu Bus Terminal Station, and 3 minutes to the bus stop.
Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with information about moving in and using the facilities.
- The Seoul Arts Center and Mt. Umyeon are 6 minutes away. - Seoul St. Mary's Hospital is a 3-minute drive away, and Samsung Medical Center is 18 minutes away by subway. - Seoul National University of Education is 4 minutes away.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
I had a comfortable stay at a well-maintained property, and the quick return of the security deposit was great.

I was quite shocked to find that the room is very different from the photos. I wish I could upload photos of the room.
My stay was comfortable, and there was no noise. However, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway on the same floor, and the view from the window was blocked by a building right in front. There was quite a bit of dust, and the bathroom drain didn't flow well after showering. I did mention these issues and was told they would be addressed, but since I only had a few days left, I just continued using the room as is.
