Near Maegyo Station, there is convenient transportation for accessing and exiting Suwon Station, and commercial facilities such as Homeplus, Gwonseon General Market, and Na Hye-sok Street are established around Suwon City Hall Station. Therefore, it is suitable for short-term rentals such as for business trips.
Subway - Approximately 7 minutes on foot from Exit 10 of Suwon Station (Line 1, Suin-Bundang Line) - Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Maegyo Station (Suin-Bundang Line) Bus - 2-1, 9, 9-1 Get on at the bus stop in front of Suwon Station Exit 9 (Maesan Market) and get off at (Prugio SK View), then walk for about 15 minutes.
