- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. (While these are the official times, we can usually accommodate requests— such as dropping off luggage the day before or early in the morning before work—99% of the time.) *Smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. (※ A special cleaning fee of 200,000–300,000 KRW applies if smoking is detected.) *Due to waste disposal issues, only cats are permitted as pets. *Recycling and food waste disposal are available on the 1st floor daily. *Resident registration (moving in officially) is not permitted. *Please bring your own personal hygiene items, such as toothpaste and a toothbrush.

(Feel free to ask if you'd like recommendations for other local eateries.) - Commercial Area: With two Starbucks locations within a 2- to 7-minute walk, you can find just about anything you need. - Date Spots: Gwangmyeong Station (15 min by bus), IKEA, Lotte Mall, movie theaters, Costco, and Gwangmyeong Cave. - Public Facilities: Public health center, police station, fire station, administrative welfare center, and post office are all within a 5-minute walk. - Exercise/Walking: Accessible within a 10–15 minute walk—Anyang Stream, hiking trails at Mt. Dodeok, the Citizens' Gymnasium, etc. - Schools: An elementary school is right nearby, and a daycare center is located just across from the balcony, allowing you to hear the cheerful sounds of children laughing.
