Smoking and pets are not permitted. Bedding and household essentials are not provided.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.

I had a great time here.
I rented this place for a month while my home was undergoing repairs. The host was kind, and the water pressure was excellent, which was great. However, the cleaning was a bit lacking, and there was an unavoidable smell due to the unit being a semi-basement. Parking was on a first-come, first-served basis, which caused some inconvenience, but there was an affordable public parking lot right next door and a spacious temporary parking lot about 150 meters away near an apartment construction site, so it was manageable. I had a good stay.
