I’m loving my stay here. It’s nice and cozy, with everything needed to feel right at home.
Pros: Located in the heart of Namyeong-dong's food alley, a 2-minute walk from Sookmyung Women's University Station, spacious, comfortable mattress, good air conditioning/underfloor heating, fully equipped, good value for money, good accessibility to Yongsan, Samgakji, and Huam-dong. Cons: Smokers gather right in front of the accommodation (no smell inside the accommodation), old building, construction noise every morning is too loud to sleep, quite noisy on weekend evenings due to surrounding commercial areas, constant electrical noise from the refrigerator is very distracting when trying to sleep. - Recommended if you're looking for a good value accommodation near Sookmyung Women's University. It's very close to the station and conveniently located near Yongsan and Samgakji. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance of the accommodation. The space is quite large, and the mattress is big and comfortable. Toilet paper, towels, dishes, etc., were also provided, which was convenient. However, there are many smokers in the alley right in front of the accommodation, and it can be quite noisy on weekend evenings. The most difficult part was the construction (drilling) noise; it was too loud because construction was happening right next to the room (the rooftop across the window was visible) in the morning. Also, the constant electrical noise from the refrigerator might bother sensitive people.
It's cozy and has good accessibility to Itaewon and Seoul Station.
