The daily rate is 10,000 KRW, and we provide a 50% subsidy for one vehicle.
- As the owner, I occasionally stay here myself, so I have furnished the home with high-quality appliances and furniture. - This home prioritizes comfort over elaborate decor. Please make yourself at home and treat the space with care. - Check-in is contactless, though a manager is available to assist if needed. - Pets (please inquire); smoking is strictly prohibited. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM; please contact me regarding any other times.
- You may be charged a fee if any items are damaged. - The TV and dining setup are movable; you can place them in the living room or the master bedroom to suit your lifestyle. - A computer equipped with a GTX 1650 Super graphics card is available for basic gaming and document work. - A variety of board games are provided, and you can enjoy them comfortably at the large table. - All three sofa seats are reclinable; the controls are located by reaching into the gap between the seats. - The middle section of the refrigerator is a convertible compartment; while set to freezer mode by default, you can adjust it for wine, meat, or kimchi storage if desired. To open the freezer, lift the handle slightly before pulling. - The washing machine uses an automatic detergent dispenser; please do not pour detergent directly onto the laundry—make sure to use the designated dispenser compartment. - Please remove the lint from the dryer after use. - Baby tableware and high chairs are available. - There is no noise from the unit above, and the unit below is occupied by an elderly woman living alone, so noise issues are less of a concern; however, as this is an apartment building, we would appreciate your consideration.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if the included utilities are used excessively (resulting in costs exceeding the pre-billed management fee), an additional management fee may be requested. The weekly management fee is calculated based on 15,000 KRW per day for 5 days, plus 10,000 KRW each for the move-in and move-out days.
It was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Busan. It was clean, cozy, spacious, and well-equipped, and conveniently located near bus and subway stations. The host was very kind, responsive, and hospitable—thank you so much! 😊 I highly recommend this accommodation. 👍
