This is a home I renovated myself and lived in alone for five years. Although it is an older apartment building and the exterior shows some age, the interior has been well-maintained and kept clean. Bedding (duvets and pillows) is not provided. The flooring consists of carpet tiles, so standard mops or wet mopping cannot be used. A vacuum cleaner and a lint roller are provided.

Check-in is contactless. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Homeplus Express, Sun Plaza Mart, Daiso, and a coin laundry are located nearby. Boramae Park is a 15-minute walk away.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I found this place through an acquaintance's recommendation while looking for a short-term rental, and I’ve lived here comfortably for over three months. It is well-equipped with all the essentials for daily living, and the apartment complex is quiet. I loved the cherry blossom path leading from the apartment to Sinpung Station for evening walks, and the bus to Yeouido right behind the building was very convenient. Being on the ground floor made it easy to step out after dinner to dispose of food waste and recycling. Above all, the landlord was always quick and kind in responding whenever I needed to get in touch, which gave me great peace of mind. Thank you!
