It is located 5 minutes away from Suseong-gu Office Station on Subway Line 2. There are many bus routes.
☆The fee is based on 2 people. For each additional person, an additional management fee of 20,000 won per week must be transferred. ☆Check-in is contactless. ☆No smoking indoors. Pets are allowed (inquire separately). Additional charges will apply. We will send you a text message once the contract is signed. ☆Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10 AM.

I stayed here for two weeks because the timing of my move didn't quite align. It was fully equipped with everything I needed, so there were no inconveniences—including a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, warm *ondol* (heated flooring), and two beds. Basic cooking utensils were also provided. It is located just five minutes from the Suseong-gu Office and is close to the children's schools and academy district. Although there is no dedicated parking lot, I was able to park briefly in the adjacent building's lot at night. I had a very comfortable stay, especially thanks to the owner, who promptly answered my questions and was considerate of my situation. Thank you, and I wish you great success with your business!

Pros: Friendly and quick responses; convenient public transport; good sunlight and ventilation; great for drying laundry; dryer provided; 10 minutes to Beomeo Park; two air conditioners made summer comfortable. Cons: No sofa or dining table, so you have to sit on the floor.
