Accessible via Chungju Station (KTX Pangyo Line) or by taking city bus No. 111 from Chungju Terminal. Close to the Jungangtap commercial area, E-Mart, and Hanaro Mart (within 2 km). Nearby attractions include the Goguryeo Monument (4 km), Mokgye Naru/Mokgye Camping Site (13 km), and Angseong Hot Springs (18 km). Chungju Dam and Suanbo Hot Springs are also nearby (approx. 30 km away). Attractions near Chungju Lake include Hwalok Cave, a cruise service, Tangeum Park, and Larva Land.

In addition to air conditioning, a fan is provided for extra comfort. Freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided. Kitchen detergent, laundry detergent, and bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) are supplied. You can simply arrive with your personal belongings (please bring your own disposable personal items). The utility fee covers water, electricity, gas, and internet/TV services. As the utility fee is set at a low rate, additional charges will apply if gas or electricity usage exceeds the allocated amount. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. Please contact us in advance if there are additional guests, as extra charges will apply. You are liable for any damage to the property or its contents. (Please use the facilities with care.) We are open to discussing any specific needs or requests. ***Due to the nature of short-term rentals, resident registration (moving-in report) is not possible. All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee at a reasonable rate. There are usually no extra charges with reasonable usage (additional fees typically arise from leaving the heat or A/C on while out, or leaving the hot water running). Please be mindful of electricity usage during the summer to avoid excessive air conditioner costs.

The host is incredibly kind! They made arrangements to accommodate our specific needs and responded to our messages immediately, which put us completely at ease. As for the accommodation itself... it is simply wonderful. Chungju is located right between my parents' home and my current residence, and I feel like I want to stay here every time I pass through the area. The view is lovely, and it is very convenient having a convenience store and restaurants right in the building. The restaurants are delicious, tooโyou definitely have to try the Gubongsan Dakgalbi! Haha. I will definitely stay here again next time!
