Aside from what is shown in the photos, no household amenities or daily necessities are provided. You will need to bring everything yourself! There is a coin-operated dryer in the building. It is for the exclusive use of residents and is great to use on rainy days or for drying bedding.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Please vacate the property by 11:00 AM on the day of check-out. The rental process is contactless. Pets and indoor smoking are prohibited.
There is a red-clay walking path right in front. Daiso, large supermarkets, and markets are located nearby.

I've been using it for a while now. It runs quietly. Since I live in a semi-basement, there is some dampness, but it seems fine with the dehumidifier running constantly. I suppose you can't be 100% satisfied with everything. I think the price was good considering its performance.
