Personal hygiene products, towels, and other daily necessities are not provided. Accommodation is available for up to two people; please note that pets are not allowed.
Strictly no smoking indoors!!! The smoke detector is highly sensitive and will go off immediately. No pets allowed. You will be charged for damages or special cleaning fees if property is damaged or if there is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.
The management fee covers the base fee plus electricity, water, gas, and internet costs. Please note that additional charges may apply if there is excessive usage of these included utilities.
