- All the items you need for your stay, such as a bed, TV, sofa, washing machine, microwave, and induction cooktop, are provided. - It is a studio-type space with an ocean view terrace. - It is convenient to go anywhere, as it is 10 minutes from tourist attractions, 2 minutes from the supermarket, and 4 minutes from the crab restaurant street. - The entire building is non-smoking. The fire alarm may sound if you smoke. - Pets are not allowed.
- Parking is free. - By car: Yeosu Expo Station 15 minutes, Yeosu Bus Terminal 15 minutes, Yeosu's main tourist attractions 10 minutes, Lotte Mart 2 minutes
- Check-in is contactless self-check-in. - A guide message will be sent when you make a reservation. - The password will be shared 1 hour before check-in. - If you want a cleaning service during a long stay, it will be provided once a week, and an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
- You may request compensation for wallpaper damage caused by the event. - Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors (e.g., grilled fish, pork belly). - You may be asked to pay for any damage to or loss of property.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
