I found this room on SamsamM2 while looking for a place to stay for an internship in another city. Honestly, I hesitated a lot because it was a semi-basement unit. People around me were worried, saying it might be unsafe or full of bugs. The landlord assured me there were no bugs, though I didn't quite believe it at the time. 😂 However, since the internship was already costing me a lot of money, I decided to go with this place. I was very satisfied during my two-week stay. It had everything I needed. I had expected just a microwave, so having a water purifier, a bed, and even a sofa was a pleasant surprise. There was also a dining table, which made eating and studying very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, not noisy at all. The bathroom sink drained a bit slowly, but not to the point of being a real inconvenience. The room was clean and free of any unpleasant odors. I didn't see a single bug during the entire two weeks. 😇 What I want to emphasize most is how incredibly kind the landlord is. They replied quickly and immediately resolved issues caused by my own misunderstandings—to the point where I actually felt apologetic. Thanks to them, I was able to complete my internship comfortably. I used to think negatively about semi-basement units, but after this experience, I’d happily stay here again for my next internship.
