This is a spacious and pleasant two-room apartment in a clean, new officetel. Its excellent location makes it close to the Gwangju River, and the Gwangju Center for Culture and Arts and Chungjang-ro downtown are within walking distance. It is conveniently located for easy access to anywhere in Gwangju city, and it is a quiet and cozy space, perfect for a comfortable rest. You can use the gym for free during your stay, and the thorough security ensures a safe stay.

If you sign a contract, we will send you the access code when you move in. The 7th-floor gym and screen golf range are available for free use. You can register for parking at the management office on the 7th floor with your resident registration and vehicle registration certificate, so parking registration is only available on weekdays. Before parking registration, you cannot enter the above-ground parking lot and can only enter the underground parking lot. Please note that you must enter the underground parking lot when you first enter. There is a separate collection area and convenience store on the 1st floor.
This is a well-maintained, newly built residential officetel. It's a two-room type with a separate bedroom and living room, offering a spacious and comfortable stay. It's close to the Asia Culture Center, Dongmyeong-dong, and Chungjang-ro Street, famous for its restaurants and cafes. Yangnim-dong, known for Penguin Village, Gwangjucheon Stream, Gwangju Park, and the Media Art Platform are also nearby, making it a great location to fully enjoy Gwangju. Almost all necessary items are provided as full options, so you can have a comfortable stay. You are always welcome.
