The interior is divided into the 1st and 2nd floors. - 1st floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms, utility room - 2nd floor: 4 rooms, 1 bathroom This accommodation is mainly used by university students and is equipped with basic seasonings so you can move in and live as if it were your own home.
- It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Kyungsung University-Pukyong National University Station on Busan Subway Line 2. Go up towards the College of Business and Economics of Kyungsung University. - There is also a bus stop near the subway station.
1. Check-in is contactless. 2. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. 3. Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed.
- If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of damages. - You can quickly travel to Haeundae, Gwangalli, Centum City, and Seomyeon using Busan Subway Line 2.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
