This is a second house that I have lovingly renovated and cared for. It's too good to just visit occasionally, so I'm listing it with the hope that good people will come and rest here. It has 2 rooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen, and a small flower garden. It is located at the foot of the high Daedong Sky Park, with a view of the entire city of Daejeon.
It is located near Woosong University, a 1-minute walk from Jayang-dong Catholic Church. You can walk up along Daedong Sky Park Road or drive.
Check-in is contactless. You can use the room after a brief explanation.
Soje-dong is a hot spot in Daejeon, near Sungsimdang, Daejeon Station, and Daehak-ro. It's a commercial area with everything you need, but it's not crowded because it's located on high ground. It's the perfect place to relax when you need a break. Most importantly, it's located at the foot of Daedong Sky Park, where you can see the entire city of Daejeon at a glance, making it great for walks and light hiking.
In winter, additional heating costs may be incurred from December to March. If you overuse items included in the heating, you may be asked to pay additional management fees.
Located in a mural village, the neighborhood is charming, and the house itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy, delightful touch. It seems the owner crafted most of the decor by hand, and you can really feel how well they have maintained the home, attending to every detail over a long period. It was also the cleanest place I have stayed at among all the SamsamM2 listings I’ve visited. Parking was almost always available right in front of the house, and even when there wasn't a spot directly out front, there were plenty of spaces on a downhill slope just 20 meters away, making it very convenient. While those who prefer apartments might find it inconvenient, this is truly the perfect home for anyone who loves standalone houses!
