Equipped with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (3 or more). The default setting is for 2 people. Daily extensions and other adjustments are possible. Transportation is very convenient (Suin-Bundang Line, Gyeonggang Line, GTX). Close to CHA Hospital and Jaeseng Hospital. The laundry room is separate, so it's not noisy when doing laundry. Located in a religious facility, there is a 24-hour open Buddhist temple in the same building. It is quiet and close to a river and hiking trails.
It is easy to use public transportation such as the Gyeonggang Line, Bundang Line, and GTX, and it is convenient to travel to major hubs such as Pangyo, Gangnam, Jamsil, and Gwanggyo by car. Seongnam Arts Center is 10 minutes away. Major locations Suseo Station 30 minutes: 10 minutes on foot + Suin-Bundang Line subway Incheon Airport 1 hour: 10 minutes on foot to Imae Station Pangyo Station: 10 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes on foot to Imae Station + 1 stop on the Gyeonggang Line subway Near hospital
Check-in is contactless. We will send you a guide message once the contract is made.

(A professional cleaning service fee will be charged if incurred) ▶ The basic occupancy is 2 people, and 2 additional bedding sets are provided. (If additional bedding is used, a laundry fee of 30,000 KRW per set will be added.) A maximum of 4 people can sleep. ▶ If you inquire before check-in, we will provide what is available. Please feel free to inquire. ▶ We will do our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out times.
Wi-Fi and Arem Broadcasting TV (cable TV) are available. TV viewing is possible. One parking space is available for free. (Please inquire for additional spaces) All utility fees are included in the management fee. The management fee is based on 2 people; please inquire for additional people. If included items are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested.

The room was fine, but the iron stairs at the entrance were not straight, so I had to be careful when going up. The lights on the stairs didn't work well, so I carried a flashlight.
